Tyler Wagler and his Band

Tyler Wagler is no stranger to the Owen Sound music scene. As a bass player and guitarist he has been a sideman and bandmate to Larry Jensen, david sereda, Joel Morelli, Sploink, Trevor and Tara MacKenzie and many others. Beginning at Lupercalia 2011, he began to step out on his own as a songwriter and bandleader, which was followed by successful gigs at Mudtown and the release of his debut EP. The self-titled release combines elements of folk, art-rock and jazz with gorgeous melodies and insightful lyrics. Tyler is pleased to bring some of his best friends and favourite musicians to perform with him at Lupercalia 2012, including Keira McArthur on cello and vocals, Joel Morelli on bass, Thom Hammerton on keys and Mark Mariash on drums.
